My husband had a bit of a rough deal yesterday - he worked 10am - 7.30pm, arrived home at 8.30pm, and at 11.30pm drove all the way back to work for the night, eventually getting to bed at 10am this morning. Anyway, as a result my son and I have had to keep the noise down all day - imagine that! no hoovering! No tidying in the bedroom, no loud computer games (for my son - not me). I decided to put my mind to this weeks/months challenges so here is the first:
LOTV Saturday Challenge (60)and this weeks theme is 'Four Seasons'. I adore this image for me it means 'Spring'.
I love adding a little bit of glitter to add to the magic. I used my Inktense watercolour pencils (why?? I invested a lot of money in these pencils - before other popular colouring tools were around, and I feel I have to make the most of them. The colours are intense like pigment inks).
H20 iridescent lilac on the wings; sparkly K&Co paper (from a wedding stack, with the sentiment removed; some craftwork cards sentiments and three small pearls. I am sure any special niece would just love it - I do!
